Do you offer free estimates?
Yes, we do offer free estimates. We can bring samples to your home to view.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and check payments.
Do you install carpet or tile?
No, we only install, repair and refinish wood flooring.
Will you move my existing furniture for me?
Unfortunately we do not have the manpower to move furniture before installing/finishing your floors. Rooms need to be clear for us to begin working.
Will you tear out my old carpet, tile, vinyl, or wood floor?
Yes, we can add tear out of old flooring to your quote upon your request.

Can I wax my wood floors or clean them with oil soap?
No. Wax and oil soap can build up over time preventing future screening and coating because the new polyurethane will not adhere to the wood. The floors would need to be sanded all the way down to the bare wood to remove the old wax. You should only use polyurethane floor cleaner. We sell cleaner and shammy mops for your use, you can also purchase these items at any home improvement store.
